I've been on different freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru...) and noticed that there's a pattern for client that are most likely to hire for job post. With many factors involved , top 3 are high hiring rate, urgency, and clear requirements. So decided to automate and share my findings with others to help them saving their time too.
